Goboon-goon, Seongsan-dong in SeongjuGoboon-goon, Seongsan-dong in Seongju

Various tumuluses are distributed concentrated along Seongsan(altitude 389.2m). They are the tombs of people lived in Gaya period, and so far, 129 artifacts have been excavated and undergoing restoration and maintenance.
Tumuluses excavated so far had a rectangular shaped chamber where the body was laid and a sub chamber where accessories were buried. And some evident of live burial were also found. Many artifacts were excavated from the tumuluses.
